The files in the list Spezial:Dateien/Dischdeldritsch need to be deleted:

• Ockeghem.jpg - has been deleted in Commons c:File:Ockeghem.jpg - if it can proven that it is PD, then it can be undeleted in Commons, but local copies should not be used to circumvent Commons-rulings
• all others have no free license. They are all, or mostly, from the Library of Congress (USA). For the purposes they are used they can be expected to be replaced with free files (wmf:Resolution:Licensing policy : "An EDP may not allow material where we can reasonably expect someone to upload a freely licensed file for the same purpose"). E.g. File:Kirche.jpg is used on Versammlingshaus. There is a whole category for this in Commons: c:Category:Community halls.
