PS Normally I use flacus for interwikilinks.

Hallo...
This is funny how you reminded me this - when i first studied English in the second grade in the USSR, they taught us to spell it "hallo". It was very weird for me to see at first, that nearly all actual English texts spell this word as "hello". Nevertheless, studying English in that school was one of the most important things that ever happened to me. And thanks to my parents for finding that great school and using blat to get me into it :)
I am familiar with flacus. It is a good tool, but it's not the kind of work that i do. As far as i understand, flacus only finds articles that use the same alphabet. My starting point is usually the Hebrew Wikipedia, in which most article names are written in Hebrew.
I mostly search for articles in the Hebrew that don't have an interwiki link at all and add links where appropriate. Another thing, on which i focus lately is finding articles that have double links. For example, yesterday i fixed the article about Pocahontas (the movie) that pointed to Italian and Portuguese articles about Pocahontas (the woman), because both of those Hebrew articles pointed to the same articles in Italian and Portuguese. It is very interesting and challenging. I can create such a list for your Wikipedia, but someone will have to actually go over it and make necessary fixes, because i don't really know your language. --Amir E. Aharoni 15:36, 15. Hi Amir,
in our case Hallo is correct, since it is the German spelling of the same word. Pennsilfaanisch Deitsch is somewhat closely related to Palatinate German. For example, I have to be careful on this wiki since there is a great chance that I amalgamate it with Hessian, the dialect I grew up with.
However, I now see your point concerning interwikilinks. To find interwikis between different alphabets is much more complicated and demanding. It is good to have people on wikipedia who deal with this problem. If you like to generate a working list for me, I would be glad to work it through. Depending on the amount of data, it may take some time, but it is always worth the effort.

OK, you'll see a list in the following few days.
And don't worry - i'm not even halfway through the list that i made on the Hebrew Wikipedia. It may take a lot of time, but it's fun and challenging and it makes the encyclopedia better.
I don't know German, let alone its dialects, so i didn't know about the German spelling of Hallo, but when i think of it, it is imaginable that the German spelling may have influenced the people that wrote the English textbooks in the USSR. German was studied in many schools there. --Amir E. Aharoni 16:07, 17. Sep. 2008 (UTC)
Hi, I am curious to see the list and look forward to working on it. Cheers --Marbot 17:00, 18. Sep. 2008 (UTC)
